September 2024 Update
All the blackberry/brambles have been removed in the latest addition to the land clearance.
August 2024 Update
The land has now been flattened and leveled, the whole area has now been seeded with grass seed, not sure how the grass will grow as the ground is rock solid, and it needs watering, time will tell.

1. The Pre Application plan is to develop the area for water sports and fishing with a café adjacent to the lake with parking areas.
   
2. The land owner of the 2 lakes adjacent to Hampshire Lake Retirement Village has a Pre Planning application for the developing of his land.
   
3. According to Hart DC the land owner is entitled to clear his land.

Perhaps the car parks should be located off the Yateley Road, similar to the restrictions on the other fishing lakes and only 2/3 Disabled Parking spaces permitted at the Café/Visitor Centre(?)
